Below you can find the prices per person for the “accommodation + ski pass” packages for Les Menuires/Les 3 Vallees for winter 2024/2025. The packages include: accommodation 1.Feb-8.Feb.2025 in Coeur des Loges residence plus a 6-days ski pass for Les Menuires/St.Martin ski area (160 km). Additionally an upgrade is available to extend the ski pass validity for the whole Les 3 Vallees ski area (600 km).

Appartments with S-type are considered apartments with the best view.
Discounts **:
- Children aged 0-4 years pay only the price of an empty place in the apartment (400/450 EUR depending on the apartment type) and ski for free.
- Children aged 5-17 years use 45 EUR discount from the “Accommodation + ski pass” prices.
- Seniors aged >76 years use 187 EUR discount from the “Accommodation + ski pass” prices.
** To add emptry places or discounted items (packages for children and seniors) place an order for normal adult’s “Accommodation + ski pass” packages and in the comments’ section before finalizing your order write down how many emptry places and children/senior packages you want and we will modify it accordingly after confirmation from our side.
First payment (deposit) after the booking is 400 EUR/place, payable within 3 days after the booking.
Prices include:
- 7 nights accommodation

- Transportation to France

- Wellness area – jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, massage (free access until 16:00, 13 EUR/person/entry)
- Apartment deposit (~400 EUR)
- Tourist fee (~18.50 EUR)
- Indoor parking (80 EUR/car/week)
- Breakfast (8-11 EUR/person/day)
- Les 3 Vallees ski pass upgrade
- Pets allowance (80 EUR/week)
- Extra on-site services (massages, pastry ordering, fondue rent, etc.)
There are some other payments on site:
– Apartment deposit of around 400 EUR/apartment – this is ONLY a deposit and you will get it back at the end of the stay if everything is OK with the apartment. If there are damages, missing inventory, the kitchen is not cleaned at check out or the premises regulations haven’t been obeyed a part or the whole deposit will be kept. Deposit is paybable by cash or card.
– Tourist fee – 18.50 EUR/adult/week
IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE:
This year there is a Covid-19 booking fee of 49 EUR (96.04 lv.) per person or empty place included in the package price. This Covid-19 booking fee is not refundable and it guarantees refunding of the rest of the paid amounts due to the following Covid-19 situations: accommodation and/or ski area being closed, entering France not allowed.
