This year’s trip to Alpe d’Huez will not have a Marmoto organizer on-site with our guests. Therefore, all guests will receive detailed information prior to the trip, thoroughly explaining all the necessary steps, such as check-in and check-out procedures, obtaining ski passes, residence rules, and all required vouchers in PDF format. Guests will need to handle these procedures on their own. However, if any issues arise, we will be available by phone to provide remote assistance.
