How to pay

All the bookings are done via the web site of Marmoto. We strongly advice you to read all the information about the chosen trip.

No payment is needed at the time of booking!

Every trip has detailed information about the resort, the coverage of the ski pass, the accommodation level and the transportation. You also need to take into consideration that many of the activities will need to be done by you (checking in/out, collecting ski passes, cleaning, organising leisure time activities, etc.).

Once you have read all the info you can make your booking from the event's page and choose:

- accommodation and ski pass package
- bus transportation (optional)
- insurance (optional)
- ski pass upgrade, if available (optional)

For the accommodation you need to choose as many packages as the number of the people.

It is always better if you book a whole apartment or studio, as this way you will be with people you know. If you book only a few places from an apartment/studio you will be accommodated with other random people, who have also booked single places. When booking for more than one person you need to provide also names and email addresses of the other people. They can be changed at a later stage if needed.

After submitting a booking you need to wait for confirmation from us. Once your booking has been confirmed you need to make the required payments in the respective due times. Payments, not done until the respective deadlines will lead to booking cancellation.

If you are booking the last accommodation places and there are still vacant bus seats, then these bookings are accepted only with included bus transport.

Additional information with details about the trip will be sent to you shortly prior the trip. Meanwhile, if you have any concerns you are always welcome to contact us.

To verify your booking you need to log in and check out the booking status:

- "On-Hold" – your order is received and waiting for a deposit payment
- "Processing" – your deposit has been received and the order is waiting for the final payment
- "Completed" – you have paid all the due amounts
- "Cancelled" – you order has been cancelled

Payment Procedure

The procedure for payment of the trips is as follows:
- if you are using an early booking or super early booking offer you will need to submit a first payment (sum announced for every trip separately) in a 3- to 7-days period after making the booking, but not later than the deadline of the respective booking period.
 - rest of the payment is done until the deadline for the second payment (announced separately for every trip)

When making your payments (via both Bank Transfer or PayPal) you need to explicitly specify the number of your booking order and the name of the ski resort in the payment details section.

The preferred way if you are going to pay in Bulgarian levs (BGN).

The prices in the the site are announced in EUR and the bank account currency is BGN (Bulgarian levs). When making the bank transfers use rate 1 EUR = 1.96 BGN.


For payments in Euro you can use PayPal. A fee applies.

You can add an insurance to your cart while making the booking of the ski trip or at a later stage.

The insurance is optimized for the winter sports' needs and covers most these risks:

  • Winter sports' validity
  • Medical cover incl. Covid-19: 15 000 EUR
  • Rescue cover: 10 000 EUR (pistes only)
  • Death over: 1 000 EUR
  • Third party liability: 1 000 EUR
  • Dental cover: 300 EUR
  • Travel days are also included in the insurance
  • No payment required during booking process
  • You can have empty beds in your apartments (fee applies)
  • Payment options: Bank Transfer or PayPal
  • Some accommodation types may be small, read the descriptions carefully
  • We recommend booking whole apartments, not single beds
  • There are different bed types, read carefully the descriptions
