Balcons d’Aurеa Residence

Balcons d’Auréa residence is situated in Auris-en-Oisans village, part of Alpe d’Huez ski area. The residence offers very well furnished small apartments. In most of the apartments one should expect different sleeping facilities: normal single beds, double beds, bunk beds, sofa beds. Every apartment is having a fully equipped small kitchen corner. You can find all the needed kitchen devices (hot plates, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher, etc.) plus all the needed utensils. 

Bed linen is provided in this residence for free, and one can also use the swimming pool for free. The final cleaning of the apartments (with the exception of the kitchen area) is also included in the package price, one needs to take care of cleaning only the kitchenette before check out. 

For a fee one can use wellness and sauna and there is also indoor paid parking facilities in Balcons d’Auréa residence. Ski lockers are also available for the guests.

Balcons d’Auréa residence is situated just 100 meters from the nearest ski runs and lifts. The village center with all the bars, supermarkets, restaurants is around 50 meters from the residence.

All the apartments are having vacuum cleaners and/or other cleaning facilities and at the end of the stay the tourists are expected to clean the kitchen area after themselves. There is also a cleaning fee payable on site if you are not willing to clean after yourselves. The tourists are expected to treat the furniture and the equipment responsible and all the damages and losses are being fined.
