Lauzieres Residence

Lauzieres residence is situated in the resort of Les Arcs 1800, part of the second largest ski area – Paradiski. The residence offers recently renovated in minimalistic style small studios and apartments. In most of the studios/apartments one should expect different sleeping facilities: normal single beds, double beds, bunk beds, sofa beds. Every studio/apartment is having a fully equipped small kitchen corner. You can find all the needed kitchen devices (hot plates, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher, etc.) plus all the needed utensils. 

Bed linen is provided in this residence for a fee, or one can bring his own. There are covered and outdoor paid parking facilities near the residence. Ski lockers are also available for the guests.

Lauzieres residence is situated just 50 meters from the nearest ski runs and lift. The village center with all the bars, supermarkets, restaurants is around 300 meters from the residence.

All the studios/apartments are having vacuum cleaners and other cleaning facilities and at the end of the stay the tourists are expected to clean after themselves. There is also a cleaning fee payable on site if you are not willing to clean after yourselves. The tourists are expected to treat the furniture and the equipment responsible and all the damages and losses are being fined.
