Accommodation Alpe d’Huez 2023

For the week in France, we will be staying at two near-by residences –  Écrins d’Auris residence and Balcons d’Auréa residence.

Écrins d’Auris residence is situated in Auris village, part of Alpe d’Huez ski area. This the a brand new residence which offers very well furnished and modern small apartments. In most of the apartments one should expect different sleeping facilities: normal single beds, double beds, bunk beds, sofa beds. Every apartment is having a fully equipped small kitchen corner. You can find all the needed kitchen devices (hot plates, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher, etc.) plus all the needed utensils. 

Bed linen is provided in this residence for a fee or one can bring his own. In Écrins d’Auris the guests can use the swimming pool and wellness area for free. There are parking options near the residence and ski lockers are also available for the guests.

Écrins d’Auris residence is situated just 100 meters from the nearest ski runs and lifts. The village center with all the bars, supermarkets, restaurants is around 150 meters from the residence.

2p4B is an one-bedroom small apartment for 4 people with the following parameters:

  • 35 m2
  • Living room (pull-out sofa bed for two, TV, balcony, dining area, kitchenette)
  • Bedroom (double bed)
  • Bathroom/toilet

The small kitchen is equipped with hot plates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils.
*The equipment and bed types might slightly vary in the different apartments

2p6k is an one-bedroom small apartment for 6 people with an extra sleeping area with the following parameters:

  • 56 m2
  • Living room (pull-out sofa bed for two, TV, balcony, dining area, kitchenette)
  • Bedroom (double bed)
  • Sleeping area (bunk bed)
  • Bathroom/toilet

The small kitchen is equipped with hot plates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils.
*The equipment and bed types might slightly vary in the different apartments

Balcons d’Auréa residence is also situated in Auris village, right next to Écrins d’Auris. The residence offers very well furnished small apartments. In most of the apartments one should expect different sleeping facilities: normal single beds, double beds, bunk beds, sofa beds. Every apartment is having a fully equipped small kitchen corner. You can find all the needed kitchen devices (hot plates, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher, etc.) plus all the needed utensils. 

Bed linen is provided in this residence for free, and one can also use the swimming pool for free. The final cleaning of the apartments (with the exception of the kitchen area) is also included in the package price, one needs to take care of cleaning only the kitchenette before check out. 

For a fee one can use wellness and sauna and there is also indoor paid parking facilities in Balcons d’Auréa residence. Ski lockers are also available for the guests.

Balcons d’Auréa residence is situated just 100 meters from the nearest ski runs and lifts. The village center with all the bars, supermarkets, restaurants is around 50 meters from the residence.

  • Living room (2 single beds or pull-out sofa bed, TV, balcony, dining area, kitchenette)
  • Bedroom (double bed)
  • Bathroom/toilet

The small kitchen is equipped with hot plates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils.

3p6 is a two-bedroom small apartment for 6 people with the following parameters:

  • 50 m2
  • Living room (2 single beds or pull-out sofa bed, TV, balcony, dining area, kitchenette)
  • Bedroom 1 (2 single beds or bunk bed)
  • Bedroom 2 (double bed)
  • Bathroom/toilet
  • Shower

The small kitchen is equipped with hot plates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils.

Some additional paid services at the residences:

  • Bed linen (optional, only for Écrins d’Auris residence, 12-23 EUR/person)
  • Cleaning (optional, min 70 EUR/apartment)
  • Indoor parking (26 EUR/week)
  • Sauna (optiona, only for Balcons d’Auréa, 9 EUR/day/person)
  • Pets allowance (46 EUR/week)

All the apartments are having vacuum cleaners and/or other cleaning facilities and at the end of the stay the tourists are expected to clean after themselves (depending in the residence, this applies either to the whole apartment or the kitchen area only). There is also a cleaning fee payable on site if you are not willing to clean after yourselves. The tourists are expected to treat the furniture and the equipment responsible and all the damages and losses are being fined.
